Fund Fetch is an online database of international funding opportunities.

The aim of this project is to provide information about funding opportunities to small and medium-sized NGOs in developing countries as well as professionals in the international development sector. Through the Fund Fetch blog, tips will be provided on additional online resources and proposal writing for ngo funds.

An essential component to fundraising is research. Funding opportunities are readily available, but identifying the appropriate fund for your project or organization can take time. Particularly in developing countries, local staff may not be as familiar with online tools and tricks to help them find funding opportunities. Language and resources can be barriers for staff or volunteers in charge of identifying and applying for funding. Even for staff that is well experienced in online research, websites like EuropeAid can be intimidating to navigate.

Fund Fetch makes funds for NGOs and international development professionals more accessible. The website has been designed to be simple and straightforward, relying on easy-to-use search functions to reduce the time it takes to find funds relevant to your needs.

There are two types of users at Fund Fetch. There are the fundseekers and the funders. Fundseekers are those using the database to find funding opportunities. Funders are foundations, organizations, multilateral and government institutions that would like to publicize funding opportunities.

List your funding opportunity! Fund Fetch is still in its early stages and in order to reach a wider audience, we need to sufficiently populate our database. If you are a funding organization, or if you work in the fundraising sector and wish to share information on funding opportunities, please go to the Submit a fund page. Note that if you do not wish to sign up to Fund Fetch, you may use another form found on this page that does not require signing up.

Feedback. If you would like to share feedback about the website’s functionality and/or content, or if you would like to contribute to our blog on a relevant topic, please do not hesitate to contact us.
